LOS ANGELES: A lone gunman killed one person and injured three others Thursday on a college campus in the northwestern US city of Seattle, where the mayor denounced America’s “epidemic of gun violence.”
The latest bloody rampage to shake the United States came just two weeks after an apparently mentally disturbed man opened fire at a California university and killed six people.
Those wounded at Seattle Pacific University, including at least one who was critically hurt, were being treated in hospital. The dead victim was a 20-year-old man, according to police.
