Speaking to reporters today, Abdul Khalid said he could not attend the meeting scheduled for 3pm today as he will be meeting Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Abdul Wahid Omar to discuss about the 11th Malaysia Plan (RMK-11).
He also confirmed that a written reply to a show-cause letter issued by PKR's disciplinary board has been submitted.
