PETALING JAYA: Many Malaysians would rather take pictures of an accident than help the victims – an insensitive behaviour that has been caught on film by director and producer Jason Lim.
His four-minute video, Who Cares: The Truth About Malaysian Drivers, recorded how people reacted to an accident which was staged along the Federal Highway.
The video started with a father and his daughter riding on a motorcycle and “accidentally” hitting a road divider after trying to avoid a moving car.
