The police have recorded statements from three BFM employees involved in the production of the controversial video on hudud.

The police team arrived at 10am, followed by officers from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

"They are being investigated under Section 298 of the Penal Code and also Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act," said the radio station in a statement.
