Terengganu National Security Council acting secretary Roslina Ngah in a statement said five districts were affected by floods that entered the fourth day as at 9am today.
So far Kuala Terengganu recorded the highest victims of 3,927 from 927 families who are accomodated at 17 evacuation centres.
