The death of convict Mohd Zafari Mohd Yunus in lockup is the sixth in just three months of 2015, and the police have been urged to reveal the results of the initial autopsy.
“Usually in the case of custodial death, the police would issue a statement regarding the results of the initial investigations and state that an autopsy would be conducted.
“However, the police do not issue any statement related to the results of the autopsy on each victim of death in custody."
