Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim should remove PKR and DAP state executive council (exco) members as they can outvote the menteri besar and his “partners” in the exco.
This is because there are three exco members each from PKR and DAP (including the speaker), as opposed to four PAS members, said lawyer Gurdial Singh Nijar.
The menteri besar had earlier claimed that he had the support of the four PAS exco members.
According to the state constitution, only a minimum of four exco members are needed to maintain the Selangor government.
