PKR’s purported move to order its Selangor assemblypersons to sign a statutory declaration supporting its party president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail shows party de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim is fearful and insecure, said the MCA.
“This looks like one of PKR’s ‘world class leader’ Anwar Ibrahim’s strategy to weed out members within PKR who are either in support of or against him,” the state Wanita MCA chief Ong Chong Swen said in a statement today.
Earlier today, The Malaysian Insider reported that Selangor PKR assemblypersons have been ordered to sign a statutory decoration supporting Wan Azizah for the position of menteri besar.
