KUALA LUMPUR, June 11 (Bernama) — The Education Ministry and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) have outlined several standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure that the quality of 1Malaysia notebook being distributed to the targetted group is guaranteed.
