General : Malaysians Have Chance To List Intellectual Property For International Business

KUALA LUMPUR, June 27 (Bernama) — Local designers and entrepreneurs now have the opportunity to list their intellectual property rights for business purposes at the international level.

Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Hasan Malek said this can be done through the IPR Marketplace portal which is a new initiative under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), to turn intellectual property into assets which can be traded like other intangible assets.
