KUALA PILAH, June 24 (Bernama) – Consumers are advised against panic buying as there is enough supply of essential goods during Ramadan and Aidilfitri.
Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Hasan Malek said this assurance was given by manufacturers in a meeting with him last week.
“I would like to assure that there is enough supply of controlled goods such as sugar, flour and cooking oil during Ramadan and Aidilfitri,” he told reporters after launching Negeri Sembilan Ramadan Bazaar Scheme in Seri Jemapoh, near here today.
