KUALA LUMPUR, May 19 (Bernama) — Changes in world communication requires all staff of the Communication and Multimedia Ministry to take bigger responsibilities and to practice a culture of equality among each other, its minister, Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek, said today.
