Anwar Ibrahim has denied "ordering" Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali to investigate and expose those who benefitted from deals inked during the reign of the latter's predecessor, Khalid Ibrahim.
The PKR de facto leader explained that he only sought an explanation from the new administration on the major spike in salaries for elected reps in the state, the construction of the Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) and the water deal signed with Putrajaya.
"I only asked for an explanation from the new menteri besar so that we can acquire the information (on these issues)."
