AirAsia flight skids during landing in Brunei
Panic reigned on an AirAsia flight when it skidded on the runway during landing at the Brunei International Airport at approximately 4pm today.
Confirming the incident, AirAsia, however stressed that all 102 passengers and seven crew aboard AK278 were injured during the incident.
According to a passenger, the chaos broke lose due to a flight attendant who urged passengers to run out of the cabin.
“The steward made the whole situation worse. He shouted ‘Run, run, run!’"
