A PAS ustaz, Ahmad Baikalani, is the latest individual to be detained under the 1948 Sedition Act.
According to George Town OCPD ASP Mior Faridalatrash Wahid, Ahmad was arrested following a police report lodged against him by an individual over his sermon at Masjid Acheh Lama, Jalan Terengganu mosque last Friday.
