The tech-savvy veteran politician was vexed that there is no online version of the 368-page report released today.
“Apparently, our chief secretary (to the government Ali Hamsa) has never heard of simultaneous release in era of IT.
“What a shame! Is the report available online?” he said in a Twitter post.
“Bad reflection on chief secretary if he messes up on release of report. Why can't big man even do small things well?” he added.
