VIDEO: KiniTV The Ebola epidemic that raged in West Africa has killed more than 1,200 people and infected around 2200 since it was detected in December 2013, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
The authorities are struggling to control the spread of the disease which was first detected in Guinea before spreading to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria.
