The Sepang International Circuit today issued an apology to all teams involved in the Sepang Drag Battle for a glitch in the timing system during the much-anticipated Round 4 race over the weekend.
"There was a glitch in the timing system which naturally caused frustration amongst the teams and spectators alike. SIC has launched a full investigation because the timing system was tested prior to the race and functioned as required.
