PUTRAJAYA: The public may be given free entry for one month to visit the giant pandas on loan from China at Zoo Negara after they are given new names by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on June 25.
Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri G. Palanivel said he will propose it to the zoo in honour of the presence of Fu Wa (male) and Feng Yi (female) in the country.
“I will speak with Zoo Negara president (Datuk Seri Zaharin Md Arif) to allow free entry to the public for one month.
