PETALING JAYA: Heavy rain coupled with after work traffic is causing massive traffic jams on most roads leading out of the city centre on Monday.
According to LLM traffic and KL Traffic update tweets, several roads including Sprint highway from section 16 onwards and Bulatan Dato Onn heading towards Parliament building is flooded, causing congestion.
