JOHOR BAHARU, May 5 (Bernama) — The Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in Galleria@Kotaraya, near here will begin operations on June 1.
State Secretary Datuk Ismail Karim said 80 percent of the renovation works covering 138,557 square feet had already been completed.
“Thirty-nine agencies including from the federal government, state government, private, non-governmental organisations and five existing tenants in Galleria@Kotaraya will become UTC-Johor business partners and will begin operations on the same date,” he told reporters after visiting the centre today.
