KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 (Bernama) — Malaysia reaffirmed that the Security Sector Reform (SSR) must be premised on the principle of national ownership as it was fundamental and must not be overlooked.
Malaysian Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), Datuk Hussein Haniff said only through a process of dialogue, reconciliation and consultation would the SSR succeed.
