KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 (Bernama) — A total of 473,175 pupils will sit for the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah or Primary School Achievement Test (UPSR) from Sept 9 to 11, according to the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate.
It said in a statement that 463,937 of the pupils were candidates in government and government-aided schools and the remaining 9,238, private candidates.
The candidates will sit for the examination at 8,299 centres nationwide, it added.
The syndicate advised all candidates to adhere to their examination schedule and obey all instructions as well as bring along their identity card.
