KUALA LUMPUR, April 25 (Bernama) — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today launched community complaints portal ‘fortherakyat.com’, which will serve as another platform for the public to make known their problems.
The portal managed by Umno Youth’s Community Complaints Bureau will enable the public to directly channel complaints of this nature, and the bureau will contact the complainants and explain on the steps that would be taken to resolve their problems.
