NEW DELHI, July 9 (Bernama) – In the spirit of Ramadan, Malaysians and Indonesians got together at a breaking of fast on Tuesday, further strengthening the good bilateral relationship between both countries.
Such get together is a good platform for networking among diplomat colleagues and friends as well as Muslims and non-Muslims, according to Malaysian High Commissioner to India, Datuk Naimun Ashakli Mohammad.
“It also helps to foster camaraderie and closer cooperation among Malaysians, Indonesians as well as local Indian friends, he told Bernama after the event.
About 70 people attended the event organised by VFS Global, Malaysia’s one stop centre operator for visa application.
