SHAH ALAM, April 28 (Bernama) — The appeal period for the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) has been extended to May 31.
Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Ahmad Maslan said as at April 20, the government had received a total of 246,911 appeals from unsuccessful applicants.
“A letter has been sent to all unsuccessful applicants with reasons why their applications were rejected.
“So, to appeal, they have to provide supporting documents on why they deserve to receive the BR1M,” he told reporters here today.
