PUTRAJAYA, June 5 (Bernama) — Accredited centre programmes that had been accorded five-star status under the Skills Development Department rose to 44 per cent last year compared to 31 per cent in 2011.
Human Resources deputy minister Datuk Seri Ismail Abd Mutalib said the improvement showed that the service delivery and performance of the accredited centres had almost reached the standard and criteria set by the assessment committee.
