In a statement today, organiser iProperty.com Malaysia Sdn Bhd, said Mah Sing also won the ‘Best Commercial Development’ award.
Other award winners included:
Best High-Rise Development — Pandora & Paloma, Tropicana Metropark by Tropicana Corp Bhd;
Best Luxury High-Rise Development — Concerto North Kiara by BCB Bhd;
Best Landed Development — Link house, Diamond City by Country Garden Holding Bhd;
Best Luxury landed Development — Homefree, Long Branch by BCB Development Sdn Bhd;
Best Integrated Development — Sunway Velocity by Sunway Bhd;
Best Eco-friendly Development — Verdi Eco-dominium by UEM Sunrise;
Best Iconic Development — Tritower by MB Group; and,
Best Township of the Year — Sunway Iskandar by Sunway Bhd.
iProperty group’s managing director and chief executive officer, Georg Chmiel, said the best were chosen by over 10,000 Malaysians who voted for them.
“The quality of the entries received spoke volumes and I congratulate all the winners and finalists for pioneering new frontiers, pushing boundaries and for putting Malaysia on the world map,” he said.
