Azmin looks set to retain PKR No 2 post
The official results from PKR elections showed that Mohamed Azmin Ali looks set to retain his position as the party’s deputy president with his vote margin rising over his nearest rival, Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.
According to the PKR election committee, the latest official results from 195 party branches throughout Malaysia showed that the Gombak MP has 21,066 votes, compared to Khalid’s 17,608 votes. This puts him 3,458 votes ahead.
