Anything But Umno (ABU) activist has been charged for sedition today for allegedly insulting the royalty.
Ali Abd Jalil today pleaded not guilty and claimed trial over a Facebook posting 'Regimen Anarki' (Anarchic regiment).
He is being charged under Section 4(1)(c) of the Sedition Act 1948.
Sessions Court judge Ahmad Fairuz Mohd Fuzi allowed bail of RM5,000 with one guarantor.
