PR1MA chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias said the projects are at Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur; Bandar Meru Raya, Perak; Sungai Petani 1, Kedah; Kuala Ketil, Kedah; Bandar Layangkasa, Johor; Tebrau, Johor and Melaka Tengah 1.
“PR1MA houses opened for the application process will be offered at affordable prices that are at least 20 percent lower than the current market price and are of high quality,” he said in a statement here Friday.
Those registered with PR1MA are urged to apply for the selected development project via the PR1MA website at www.pr1ma.my before the closing date on Feb 28.
He said those, who had yet to do so, were asked to register in the website first before making an application.
“This process reflects PR1MA’s continuing committment with yet another step forward to realise the dreams of middle income Malaysians with a monthly household income of between RM2,500 to RM10,000 to own their own homes,” he said.
