KUCHING, April 21 (Bernama) — Malaysia-China relationship is solid and will not be affected by the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 tragedy.
The Chinese Consul-General in Kuching, Liu Quan acknowledged that there might be a problem but he believed it was only for a short period.
“Maybe for a short time, there is a little impact but our relationship is solid. In fact, Malaysia was the first country to establish diplomatic relations with China in 1974, and this year we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of that diplomatic relations,” he said.
