The latest to join the PAS versus PKR bandwagon is the Islamic party's venerated spiritual leader Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat.
According to New Straits Times, he described PKR as a "spoilt brat" with regard to how the Anwar Ibrahim-helmed party is dealing with the Selangor menteri besar issue.
The influential cleric, who previously defended Anwar on many occasions, said he was disappointed with incumbent menteri besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim being removed, adding that if he was in the latter's shoes, he would have taken the matter to court.
"It is an embarrassment. Why ask him to resign without justification," he told reporters in Kota Bharu.
