PAS secretary-general Mustafa Ali said the party will not offer a candidate for the Pengkalan Kubor by-election.
He said it's PKR’s seat and PAS has no reason to intervene, according to a Sinar Harian report today.
"At the central level, we have not had any discussions because we consider the seat as PKR’s, unless they choose not to contest. Our duty is just to lend a helping hand”, said Mustafa.
He added the PAS central body will not interfere in the preparations for the by-election pending instructions from PAS Kelantan.
