Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak may have promised not to impose toll charges for the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) in 2012 but he is strangely silent now that a similar mechanism is to be introduced tomorrow.
“If the government is unable to keep to its promise, then at least it must have the decency to face the rakyat and tell it to them in their face," PKR's Bukit Batu assemblyperson Jimmy Puah said today.
