– 282 remains in Torez will be moved to Kharkiv via train, later flown to Amsterdam via Dutch C130 Hercules and accompanied by the Dutch and Malaysian investigation team
– Remains of Malaysians will be flown back to Malaysia after forensic investigations in Amsterdam
– 2 black boxes found will be handed over to the Malaysian representatives in Donetsk by 9 pm local time (2 am Malaysian time)
– Independent international investigators will be given full access to the crash site and begin full investigation
