Exco frowns on workers sleeping at JB Sentral
A Johor leader has said it was unbecoming of certain individuals to treat JB Sentral as their bedroom as such attitude would tarnish the image of the tourism industry.
Johor tourism, trade and consumerism exco Tee Siew Kiong was responding to reporters about a front page report in an English language newspaper three days ago.
The news report pertained to some individuals believed to be working as cleaners and factory workers in neighbouring Singapore, who would sleep at the land transport hub and set off early next morning to work.
