A statement from the Selangor palace today stated that the decision was made because Anwar had questioned the integrity of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and the royal institution during the recent menteri besar crisis.
In a check on the Selangor official website, the title strip was gazetted on Nov 20.
