According to the Penang delegate, CAT actually stood for "Cekik, Angkuh, Temberang (strangle, proud and deceitful)."
Speaking at the Wanita Umno general assembly, she claimed that the DAP-led state government oppressed the Malays in the state, especially in housing and land matters.
Rohaya also accused DAP of having an "hidden agenda" to dispel the Malays from the Balik Pulau area.
