PAS is disappointed with fellow Pakatan allies, DAP and PKR over the organising of Oktoberfest in Selangor despite its numerous objections.
According to PAS ulama council vice-chief Mahfodz Mohamed, the other two parties should have heeded objections from PAS as it was a Pakatan state and “not just wholly ruled by DAP and PKR”.
“They should abide by eastern and Islamic culture by not encouraging drinking events in which we as a component party of Pakatan, had objected to,” he told Utusan Malaysia yesterday.
