News of the demise of his ally PAS spiritual leader Nik Aziz Nik Mat will only reach PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim in Sungai Buloh prison tomorrow .
"This sad news will only be delivered to Anwar when Kak Wan visits him after Friday prayers tomorrow," Anwar's official Facebook page administrator wrote in a posting, referring to Anwar's wife Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
Anwar was also in jail when PAS president Fadzil Muhammad Noor, the first PAS president to join hands with DAP, Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM) and Adil to form an opposition front, died in 2002.
Accolades have started pouring in for Nik Aziz from friends and foe.
