BEIJING, Dec 1 (Bernama) — Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin held a bilateral meeting with Chinese Education Minister Yuan Guiren at the latter’s office here Monday.
Muhyiddin arrived at the Education Ministry at 9.45 am (same time in Malaysia) and met with Yuan for about an hour.
They discussed a wide range of bilateral issues related to education.
Muhyiddin is also scheduled to meet Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli at the Great Hall of the People before a meeting with the Malaysian community at a dinner and dialogue.
Muhyiddin is on the second-day of his six-day official visit to China.
