The state government will write to Putrajaya to request the details of the water restructuring be made public, said Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamad Azmin Ali.
"We still do not have a copy of the (water restructuring) agreement.
"We will write to the ministry to have the document made a public document, that will allow us to disclose it to the people," he said.
"However the problem is the document is still covered under the Official Secrets Act (OSA)," he added.
