The resolution of the Selangor crisis has brought the need for PKR to close ranks and switch its focus to issues of ultimate and recurrent import.
The ultimate issue was PKR’s perennial focus on justice, and, said PKR Sarawak chief Baru Bian, the readiness for the coming Sarawak state elections should be given attention.
“PKR should use this – hopefully, ended and over – phase of internecine feuding within the party and with the Pakatan Rakyat coalition over the Selangor menteri besar issue to gain insight for tougher battles to come,” said Baru, who is renowned in the state for legal fights waged over native customary rights.
