Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim has sent a letter of demand to PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail calling for him to retract and apologise for the release of a report on “why party president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail should be menteri besar”.
The 13-page letter of demand was sent by Khalid's lawyers from Bon Advocates on Monday evening and a copy was sighted by Malaysiakini today.
Khalid wants an immediate retraction from Saifuddin on the claims made in the report and a written apology, failing which the sacked PKR member will initiate legal action.
