General : Parliament: Government Mulls Incentives For Rainwater Collection System Installation

KUALA LUMPUR, June 12 (Bernama) — The government is considering providing incentives to developers for installing rainwater collection and reuse system (SPAH) in buildings to address complaints of high cost in fixing the devises, the Dewan Rakyat was told Thursday.

Deputy Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Halimah Mohd Sadique said the equipment cost between RM2,000 to RM5000 to fix due to the installation of five components.
