Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad admitted today that he had “failed” to change the Malays in the country despite spending 22 years trying to do so.
Speaking while launching a book, “Wahai Melayu…” written by Anas Zubedy, Mahathir said he is of the opinion that Malays are lazy and must change their ways if they do not want to be “poor in a rich country”.
