KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 15 (Bernama) — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today announced the latest product from Bank Rakyat for flood victims, Peribadi-i.
The product offers maximum financing of RM50,000, at a profit rate starting from as low as 3.9 per cent, and loan period of up to seven years.
“The Peribadi-i financing will help the flood victims in Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak and Johor.
“It is open to civil servants, private sector employees and retirees,” the prime minister said in his speech at the launch of Bank Rakyat Twin Towers.
Among the conditions imposed on the applicants is that they must submit proof or flood victim certified document from the National Security Council or police report.
