An inmate sentenced to the hangman's noose is seeking clemency from Johor’s Sultan Ibrahim Ismail in conjunction with the sultan's coronation on March 23.
Chandran Paskaran's mother, D Nagamal, personally handed over the letter requesting for a pardon on behalf of her son, to the Johor Palace this morning.
