A family member of one of the passengers on the missing Flight MH 370 will file a lawsuit against Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and the government in connection with the incident.
The law firm representing the victim’s family, Rusmah Arunan & Associates, said the suit will be filed at the Registry of the High Court in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
